Personal Interviews. We always meet our associates face-to-face in order to assess their professionalism and interpersonal skills. This helps us to identify people that have the personalities and skills that match your requirements.
Continued Evaluations. We consistently re-evaluate our associates to ensure that their attitude and skills continue to match your needs at the highest level.
Skills Tests. We conduct typing and data entry tests for associates who are interested in registration positions.
Reference Checks. We conduct reference checks on all associates placed at your event. We are also able to run criminal background checks and pre-employment drug screening at your request.
