Keeping associates safe is a dual effort between Eastridge Conventions & Hospitality and our clients. To ensure a safe and healthy work environment for our associates, we work together with clients to follow safety programs set forth by OSHA.

Safety Training
Eastridge Conventions & Hospitality provides associates with information on basic workplace hazards and a general overview of safety rules and policies. Once our associate arrives at your site, you are responsible for providing specific job-site training that addresses the safety hazards of a particular assignment. You will also be responsible for providing appropriate supervision of associates while they are working at your location.

Occupational Injuries
If one of our associates is injured at your site, he or she is expected to immediately call our corporate services provider at the Eplica Injury Hotline: 888.237.1223. Eplica will then authorize treatment and direct the injured worker to the proper clinic.

Accident Investigations
If there is an accident or injury at your work site, we will partner with you to determine the cause of the accident and implement procedures to help avoid similar occurrences in the future.

Safety Tours
Though we rely on you to maintain a safe working environment, we will conduct an initial safety tour and periodic on-site safety visits for the duration of the assignment.
